Pat is originally from Connecticut and studied art at The University of
Connecticut. During her husband’s overseas tours, Pat enjoyed taking art
classes in various painting disciplines whenever she had the opportunity and
has continued her art studies locally.
Recently retired from teaching, Pat is enjoying her art even more. Her
favorite themes are landscapes, florals, birds, and trees using pen and ink,
watercolors, or oils.
She is an active member of the Springfield Art Guild and has been in
several juried art shows including Art at the Mill in Millwood, Green Springs
Gardens, The Goodwin House, and the Workhouse Arts Center in Lorton. Pat
has a studio where she paints and exhibits her work at the Loft Gallery, 313
Mill St., Occoquan, Virginia.
